Rennsport Systems offers a full range of machine shop services to control quality and ensure close attention to details for longevity and durability. Here is a list of just a few of the services we offer:
- Cylinder head rebuilding services for all air-cooled heads as well as GT-3/Twin-Turbo heads.
- Cylinder head CNC porting and airflow augmentation
- Twin-Ignition cylinder head modifications (and lower valve covers).
- Machine and modify early 964 heads for sealing rings.
- Rocker arm reconditioning which also corrects geometry and alignment. We can also hard-chrome plate them for hard-welded camshafts. All rockers are re-bushed and machined to square the pads with the cam lobes.
- Connecting rod services. Big ends are re-sized, small ends are re-bushed, end-to-end length variations are corrected, ARP bolts are installed and all sets are balanced.
- Engine case spigot modifications.
- Engine assembly both full & partial. Complete engines are all run on the engine dyno to seat the rings, check AFR/ignition timing, and confirm power levels.
We offer selected Mahle Piston/Cylinder sets, LN Engineering “Nickie” cylinder and JE piston sets, and several custom piston configurations made to our design by CP & Omega.

Pauter Engineering rods are also available for engines that will exceed 7K RPM.
